In her final assignment as Vice President of Partner Sales for the Americas in Microsoft’s Global Partner Solutions Group, Lani gained intimate knowledge into the partner ecosystem by co-selling with them to drive customers business outcomes and drove over $50 billion in revenue across Microsoft’s diverse solutions.

To address the gender gap within the channel in leadership Lani founded the Women Executive Channel Advisory Network (WECAN). This visionary initiative seeks to elevate women in leadership within the tech industry, a testament to Lani’s dedication to dismantling barriers and empowering the next generation of female leaders.

Lani’s passion for leadership development manifested in the 2021 launch of “Modern Mentoring with Lani Phillips,” a digital talk show designed to scale her mentoring efforts globally.
